Acquisitions:  We acquire senior living facilities, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and apartment complexes across the US.

Master Lease with Option to Buy:  We can lease your entire income property relieving you of all management and multi-tenant responsibilities.  We prefer properties in excellent condition with high vacancies or below market rents that have the potential to be stabilized.  We will subsequently improve management and marketing and will purchase the property at a future date.  Because our expertise is in superior management and marketing of income properties, owners can rest assured that their property is in the best hands possible.

We will lease your income property at Triple Net (NNN) for your current monthly Net Operation Income (NOI).  Once we have your property stabilized at market performance we exercise our option to purchase.  This process usually takes anywhere from 12 – 36 months depending on market conditions.

This is ideal for owners who want to transition from actively managing and overseeing many tenants, to passive ownership with no management and only one "master" tenant, to the eventual sale of the property/business.

If your property is currently listed for sale, we will happily work with your agent/broker.

Receive a Finders Fee:  Find us an undervalued property, a motivated seller and/or  a really good deal and we'll pay you cash.  We'll pay you a finders fee when we acquire the property.
