Travel, Travel Travel!
It seems to be all we do these days. We attended a Multifamily Syndication seminar in San Diego 2 weeks ago. Wow, we met so many interesting people doing exactly what we do -- investing in large apartment complexes across the US. There was great networking, good food, good friends and great content packed into those 3 days. Actually we stayed a few extra days and took a few beautiful walks on the beach. Guess what? We even went surfing. Boy was that water cold. But we had fun with Dave, Brian and Thomas at 6am. We had to hurry to get back to the seminar after our surf session.
